Satellite Image of the Week 2022 #26

This week, I chose to highlight a satellite image from this morning over Illinois.

An ongoing storm system will be the focus of potential severe weather today. There are already storms popping this morning, and you can see some morning convection bubbling along the cold front. The cold front extends into the Texas Panhandle, and may be the focus of some severe weather along my path today.
