This year’s storm chase was a mess, but a lot of fun. I went chasing with Magdalena High School from May 1-7.

Then, I went chasing with an NMT student (Cyrus) May 12-18, as part of High Plains Tours.

However, on May 17, I picked up Kathryn Prociv, Dr. Justin White, and his cousin Drew. The five of us piled into the Crown Vic, and followed out to Nebraska behind Trevor White (no relation) and his wife, Raini. We caught a very scenic tornado near Culberson, NE.

We returned to Denver the next day and dropped Drew and Cyrus off. Trevor and Raini went home as well.

5/18/19 High Plains Tours: Day #7 Predictions/Follow Up

Then, Justin, Kathryn and I chased for a few days, meeting up with the Sirens crew (Warren, Nolan, Brent and Zac), and chased with them for the rest of our time chasing. On May 26, we went our separate ways, and I returned to NM.
