2021 was another tough storm chasing year. The Magdalena storm chase was cancelled, along with any sort of normal chase with my chase team. However, this year was productive and JoAnna and I had a great chase from May 19-29. We caught three tornadoes in Kansas (5/24) had a shelf cloud form over top of us (5/23) and had all sorts of adventures. We also brought our two cats (Abe, Anastasia) who made great storm chase partners, as it turns out.
