Today is a travel day between Midland, TX, and somewhere farther north. The Marginal Risk to our west is not worth chasing and may put us out of position for the Slight Risk tomorrow.
We drop Jamie off at the airport in Lubbock, but will likely continue to Amarillo. We might go to Palo Duro Canyon, the Big Texan, and Cadillac Ranch today. Hard to say for sure, but we may be doing touristy things today. I may do some work and take it easy at the hotel instead, I’ll decide later.
Tomorrow will be about trekking farther north and east, as it might be our last chase day.
