Satellite Image of the Week 2022 #17

This week, I chose to go with two images again. Don’t get used to me picking two images each week.

The top image is a true color satellite image over New Mexico, taken Friday afternoon. I have circled in red several smoke plumes from large wildfires.

The bottom image is a natural fire color, where red colors are enhanced to show the centers of wildfire.
