Today was shaping up to be a severe weather day. However, we were limited in our travels, as we had to be to Denver, CO, by the evening.
The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) issued a Moderate Risk for western Kansas.
Associated with the Moderate Risk in Kansas was a hatched 15% Tornado Threat ring.
We needed to get to Denver by the evening, so we could not chase east or south. We were hoping for an intercept on the road.
I didn’t do a full forecast on this date, either.
Thank you for reading my post.
