Yesterday, I chose poorly. I headed home and missed out on what appeared to be a pretty good storm set up in northeastern Colorado, not too far from where I had targeted, should I have stayed in Colorado. Instead, I packed up and drove home.

My social media feed is completely filled with amazing photos of supercells that I missed while casually driving home yesterday.

I don’t know if I will go out again in the 2019 season, but I’ve had a good season, so I can’t complain.
I will probably begin my regularly-scheduled New Mexico forecasts again soon. I will also post a prediction or follow up post each day from this past storm chase until I am caught up on those.
