Satellite Image of the Week #31

This week’s satellite image shows the cold front ahead of a mid-latitude cyclone.  If you squint your eyes and use your imagination, you can see that there is a center of circulation in Quebec due north of western New York.  From there, you can see the cold front as a bank of visible clouds stretching through very eastern New York, just off the coast of New Jersey and the Delmarva Peninsula, curving inland through the Carolinas.
