Satellite Image of the Week #3

This week’s satellite image is from the deep south this afternoon.  If you look in the blobby cloud mass, you can see a few areas of “rougher” texture over southern South Carolina.  These are strong thunderstorms embedded in this mass of clouds.

This is the same system that produced the Hattiesburg Tornado earlier.
