Satellite Image of the Week: #40

This week’s satellite image is an enhanced infrared satellite image of Hurricane Matthew over the Caribbean.  As the image shows, this storm is not messing around.  You can very clearly see the strong convection wrapped around the well-defined eye.  I’ll be watching this system closely over the next few days.
