Another Day at the NWS

Today was an active severe weather day at the NWS, so things were quite busy.  I set up a balloon launch, but an approaching thunderstorm delayed the launch.

It was neat seeing the different tools available to the NWS for issuing and validating warnings.

At home, we got pea sized hail and some rain.  My garden was certainly happy about the rain, but perhaps not the hail.

Thank you for reading this post.
